Q. What is your return policy?
A. Here's the bottom line. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you order from, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund. Delivery charges are refunded only if the mistake or damage is ours. Please call toll free at 1-855-742-8351 or email us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Once you receive your R.A. number, please send your package to:

Please be sure to put your return authorization number somewhere on the outside of the package, and include a copy of your invoice inside the package.

Q. Does Charge Tax?
A. only charges tax on sales for delivery within the state of Arizona. If you are outside of the state of Arizona, then you are in the clear! You will not be charged any tax.

Q. What about backorders?
A. The items offered for sale on our site should be in stock 100% of the time. If we make a mistake and do not have the item in stock, we will contact you. Please be sure to give us your phone number and e-mail address in the appropriate places. We will let you know the expected arrival date of the item you want and we will suggest an alternative.

Q. Does ship International and APO orders?
A. Absolutely! We specialize in filling orders for our international and millitary customers. You can even order your products online via our secure server! Or, if you prefer, you can call us at our local number 1-480-214-0238.

Q. How are products shipped?
A. We ship via FedEx and the USPS for all packages shipped with in the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

Q. What about International shipping?
A. All international shipments will be made via FedEx or the USPS. You choose the option that is best for you.

Q. Where will my order be shipped from?
Most orders will be shipped from our Arizona facility.

Q.When will my order be shipped?
A. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day if orders are received by 2 p.m. MST through our web site. All phone orders may take a little longer to process, so we encourage you to use our site. If orders are shipped on the same day, start counting delivery times from the following day (i.e.. If Next Day Air is ordered on Tuesday, then delivery will be on Wednesday. If 2nd Day Air is ordered on Tuesday, then delivery will be on Thursday.) All orders received over the weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that FedEx does not deliver over the weekends, so make sure you select the proper shipping method based on when you need your products.

Q. How do I qualify for FREE Shipping?
Many items in our store come with FREE economy shipping for orders delivered in the USA. These orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier at our discretion.

How long will my package take to arrive?
A. If your package is shipped to a location within the continental US via ground service or the USPS, it will take about 3-5 Business days for your package to arrive. If you need your product in a hurry, we offer expedited service that you may choose at your discretion. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, your package should arrive within 7 business days. All international orders can take up to 14 days to arrive. Please note: You start counting delivery days after the day that your order is shipped. For example a package ordered with 3 day air service that is shipped on Tuesday would deliver on Friday.
